In contrast to the music recordings, the conversation tracks sound clear and are not too quiet to hear. I wasn't anticipating such an excellent transfer! The only flaw is the flimsy packing. The sleeve is enlarged for the 120-140g LPs in order to include five cardboard images per side in addition to the record...but there is still plenty of room to spare. This jacket is designed to comfortably hold four 180g LPs, therefore it is certainly overkill. As a consequence, it will very certainly get twisted during transportation. Mine has a permanently crumpled spine. At the very least, the soundtrack is great. Additionally, if you haven't watched the film yet, I strongly encourage you to do so. It's astounding.

It follows a hard-drinking country musician (Cooper) who meets and falls in love with a young vocalist (Gaga).

Cooper directed the film and appears as Jackson Maine, a down-and-out country musician who meets Lady Gaga's struggling artist Ally. The two have tremendous chemistry, and both were nominated for Oscars for their parts. Cooper even performed onstage with Gaga during her January engagement in Las Vegas.

This is unquestionably a contemporary version, even though the story's bones remain the same. Each rendition of A Star Is Born is unique, and Cooper infused the screenplay, which he co-wrote with Eric Roth and Will Fetters, with several personal additions. One of the most crucial is his character's relationship with his half brother, portrayed by Sam Elliott, who has handled his much-younger brother's career but has never ceased to despise him. The brothers keep their emotions in check for the most of the film, until Cooper's character, Jackson, breaks down in a critical sceneâso important, Cooper said, that he was terrified to shoot it. âI recall being unable to speak the phrase at the table read. I would begin to cry,â he said to Smith. âI was terrified of the scene.â
