AD: I believe I struck the nail on the head, quite honestly. It's unusual to achieve anything as accurate as I did with that song, but I'm sometimes astonished by it since it's entirely true and I hadn't experienced any of it when I wrote it. At the time, it was a few years away. I probably composed the song in 1990-91, the album didnât come out until late 1993, and none of that things occurred until mid-â94, so I was a long way from that shite coming true when I created a song about dreams that definitely forecasts the future. That is rather nice.
