Nin-Jato created this miniature Millennium Falcon for the UCS 20th Anniversary. Designer Force of Bricks was so taken with this project that he volunteered to produce a digital construction instruction for Han Solo's Star Wars starship. We would like to express our gratitude to David Strenzler of Force of Bricks for supplying the construction instructions. More fantastic MOCs may be seen on his Flickr, Instagram, and Facebook pages. When seen from behind, the model seems to be rather open. Normally, I am OK with such architectural choices, but this example stands out since every other structure is almost entirely enclosed. As a result, I would have liked an opening back wall, which could have been accomplished relatively quickly. Nonetheless, this problem has a little effect on the overall structure. This construct takes place during the Clone Wars and shows a surprise assault on a tiny Republic mortar installation. The scenario is set on a snowy planet and contains my custom heavy artillery soldier with his mortar, as well as a clone sergeant, an ARC trooper, and a generic clone trooper. This structure is made out of a wall that protects the clones from blaster fire, two heaters, and a BARC speeder on the opposite side, which takes hits since the clones forgot to park inside! The speeder is based on an Instagram design by @luca s projects; it looks amazing and is minifigure size, which I consider a success!
