At the age of seventeen, an exchange student It almost seems like yesterday when I was alone on a plane, unsure of what to expect but thrilled for what the future held. Now that I'm home, I'm overwhelmed with memories, e-mails to respond to, and anecdotes to tell. As a result, I'll write about my year as an exchange student in Appleton, Wisconsin. My whole high school career, I desired to be an exchange student. I learned about summer programming via an IFS pamphlet. It would be the best thing in the world to have pals from another nation. I would be all alone, embarking on my own Indiana Jones journey. I applied to IFS at the conclusion of my senior year. On weekends, I had sessions about regulations, how to survive, and homesickness, among other topics.
At school, I am not very popular. I don't have a large circle of pals. And I'm not dating anybody. No male has ever asked me out on a date just on the basis of my appearance. I seem to be a weirdo. I am the tallest female student in my grade. My feet are enormous, and my light brown hair is quite curly. Additionally, I am rather slender. I aspire to resemble Lana Weinberger. Lana Weinberger is in my class and she is really stunning. Her hair is long and golden, and her eyes are large and gray. Lana is dating Josh Richter. She's dating the most handsome dude in school. Josh is just BEAUTIFUL! His hair is blond and his eyes are blue. He stands six feet tall and excels in sports. He is a senior.

I truly loved this group work; contrary to prior comments, the performances were excellent (newcomer included) as a bizarre dysfunctional 'family'. Perry Benson (Dad) seems to have taken pleasure in the seedier aspects of his character, and Dido (Mum) portrays them with just enough detachment to be really scary. As for "Birdy," she is just wicked and cunning... Oh, she is a resemblance to my elder sister. I believe that some of the annoyances will be understood solely by a British audience (particularly in relation to a Christmas scenario) or by someone who has been trapped in an after it shuts. Look for it if you like your terror with a sardonic grin.
