SpongeBob SquarePants, a sponge that lives in a pineapple in the city of Bikini Bottom, is introduced by a narrator with a French accent. SpongeBob's foghorn alarm clock sounds in the morning, waking him awake. He informs his pet, Gary the Snail, that he must be in tip-top condition on this particular day. He leaps from his diving board and falls completely naked. He enters his training room and raises a barbell (which is actually two stuffed animals). SpongeBob then declares that he is prepared.
